The Spirit Willing

“Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” -- Mark 14:38 NKJV

The Spirit is willing… but are we? He is calling us to partner with Him, to go deep, to learn how to participate with all the He has for us. We know that the flesh wars against Spirit. But, as Christ Followers, we don’t control the flesh or discipline the flesh. In Christ, we are dead to the flesh, so we walk in the Spirit. Through fellowship with Him, we learn to recognize the difference between walking in the Spirit and partnering with the flesh.
