After 10 years as a mobile church family, DCC is looking forward to our next season, moving into a more permanent home, and putting down roots.

$250,000 Total Project Goal

This is broken down into two categories
  • $150,000 - Deposit on Land Contract
  • $100,000 - Phase 1 Immediate Rennovations

Property

  • 3.66 acres on the NW side of Grand Rapids
  • 10,000 sq foot
  • Capacity for 240 / 120 parking spaces

Land Contract, maintenance, and utilities

  • Comparable to current space costs
  • Providing access to space 7 days a week, as opposed to 1 day per week
  • Building equity (vs. paying rent)

Greater Kingdom Impact

  • More robust discipleship programs
  • More robust youth programs
  • Outreach to our immediate neighbors
  • Deeper connection and increased collaborations with other churches and ministries
  • More opportunities for existing ministries (women, men, youth, children’s, worship)
